Rules of Play
PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR VISIT AT PICKLE STREET
Pickle Street’s Rules of Play are designed to ensure all of our guests have a safe visit. By booking you agree to adhere to them so please familiarise yourself with these before you come along.
-
Strictly no outside food or drink is to be brought into and consumed at Pickle Street.
-

-
Pickle Street has been designed for children aged from birth to seven years old.
-
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
-
Please respect Pickle Street and its equipment – we've worked so hard to bring this space to our community and we want all of our guests to be able to enjoy it.
-
Please remove shoes when entering our spaces, but keep your socks on for hygiene reasons.
-
For the safety of you and others, no running please.
-
All of our props and play provisions have been curated to encourage exploration, imagination and the development of motor skills, but some may not be suitable for under 3s. Direct supervision of a responsible adult is required at all times.
-
Please ensure your children do not throw props, or put them in their mouths. Pickle Street cannot accept responsibility for injury caused by inappropriate use of equipment or props.
-
We have worked hard to bring you a safe and stimulating play space. However, we recognise that the nature of play involves inherent risk. We have taken every reasonable step to ensure these risks are minimised, but it is impossible to eliminate risk completely. Pickle Street, therefore, cannot accept liability for any injury or accident that occurs as a result of play. By using our facilities, the supervising adult acknowledges and accepts this responsibility.
-
When your two-hour session is finished, please return any toys to the appropriate room and make your way to the exit to ensure we have time to clean up and reset for the next session.
-
No food or drink is allowed outside of our café seating area.
-
Please park any prams in the designated parking space (where possible).
-
Please keep your valuables with you, we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to personal property during your visit.
-
If you are ill, please do not attend Pickle Street for the wellbeing of other guests.
-
Please contact us ASAP if you need to rearrange your session due to illness. Please do not visit Pickle Street for at least 48 hours after sickness or diarrhoea.
-
You are welcome to take photos of your own children, but please respect the privacy of other guests and ensure no photos are taken of children outside of your group.
Thank you for taking the time to read our rules of play. We can’t wait to welcome you to our magical play space.
